These terms govern your use of sdesigns.io and the services offered by S Designs Consulting LLC ("S Designs," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Services

S Designs provides product design consulting services including UX audits, design QA, pattern libraries, and ongoing design partnerships. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual statements of work or service descriptions agreed with each client.

Use of the Site

• You may use the Site for lawful purposes only.
• You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site.
• Content on the Site—including case studies, writing, and visuals—is owned by S Designs and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce it without permission.

Engagements & Payment

• Service engagements are governed by separate agreements (statements of work, retainer agreements, or similar).
• Payments for productized services are processed through our payment provider. Subscription services renew automatically until canceled per the terms of the specific plan.
• Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to the terms of the specific service purchased.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in their engagement agreement. S Designs retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

Disclaimers

The Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. S Designs does not guarantee specific business outcomes from its design work.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, S Designs' liability for any claim arising from the use of the Site or services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which S Designs Consulting LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
